Is there a way to fight obesity with the goverments new guidelines? Well now there is, and this is how it's done. By exercising 30 to 90 minutes a day, one is able to lose weight and get in shape. There are some people who think this new method will not work, but it's pure logic that it will. Some people say that "there's no time", but studies show that the average american has about 40 hours of free time, which they use to watch tv. I would say that people are getting lazier, which they will later lament when they're health is at risk of the many illneses one might get from beign obese!\
